Return Policy
We are a boutique fashion retailer and make limited quantities in each style, oddments have to be sold at a loss, to avoid these losses you may return items for exchange/return that have not been worn and has the original labeling, within 7 days of receipt.
Always send an email in order for us to do so that we can help you out in the best way.
1. Sale Periods:
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any order placed within this window, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear images of the issue and your order number in your email to our customer service team.
- Once received, your return will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
3. Condition of Returned Defective Items
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
- Products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.
- These will be made via our online store with the use of a courier.
- For hygiene purposes, certain products will not be able to be returned or exchanged such as swimwear, underwear, caps and other.
In the case of an exchange - Contact us to arrange collection of the item (in its original packaging) and address it to the following address together with a copy of your invoice. Please also tell us on the email what size and style replacement item is required:
An alternative item will be suggested should the replacement item not be available in the size required.
- A gift voucher will be processed in the event of no stock in the required items.
- Please note that a return can take up to 7 days to get to our DC.
- Your refund for defective products will be processed within 5 days after we have received your return in our warehouse/DC. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method, with the shipping costs deducted.
