1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, follow these steps:
- Select the products you are interested in and add them to your cart.
- You will see a green display banner on the top for each item added to your cart. To proceed, click the cart icon and choose "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" or "GO TO CART."
- You can either log into your account or check out as a guest.
- Fill in the required shipping details, select the delivery method, and click "NEXT."
- Choose the payment method and complete your order.
2. How can I confirm my order?
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder as well. If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if its status allows for cancellation. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. Inaccessible areas may require 4-7 working days for delivery. Delivery dates are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Delivery hours depend on the working hours of the local courier store.
